Kelunio - local help for your holiday home in Spain

Own a holiday home in Spain and spend part of the year elsewhere? Kelunio is a new marketplace where you can search by service and place for local providers of Home Watch, cleaning, gardening, pool care, keyholding and repairs. Searching, contacting providers and basic listings are free. You send a private message, then agree price, schedule and details directly with the provider. Home Watch is physical oversight, not an alarm service: a provider visits your empty home, checks doors, windows and signs of leaks or damage, and sends a short report. All listings are reviewed before they go live, but the review is not a background check, so make your own checks before handing over keys. Local providers can list their services free.
